We work with international and reliable shipping carriers to ensure the best service for our customers.

We offer free shipping within the UAE, regardless of order value.
For deliveries outside the UAE, shipping costs are determined based on the carrier’s specifications and will be communicated by our Customer Service team via email after checkout.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please allow 3–5 business days for deliveries within the UAE and 5–10 business days for international deliveries.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that deliveries do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Customs and Import Duties

Any customs or import duties are charged once the shipment reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what the charges might be in each country. The recipient of the shipment must pay customs and import duty charges. The shipping provider will provide you with a customs invoice upon delivering the goods.
