Order & Payments
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us to the email address provided by you at the checkout page. We will then process your order and once your order has been dispatched with the courier company we will send you another email with the shipping tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipment confirmation, please email us to: email@example.com so that we can resend you the order confirmation.
Please kindly check your email and spam settings as occasionally automated emails can be re-directed in your mailbox.
We offer two different options to pay using PayPal, which are as follows.
On your shopping Cart page, click "Checkout with PayPal" after reviewing your items. You will be redirected to PayPal. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you don’t have already, following the instructions given by PayPal. Once you have completed your payment information, you will be redirected back to our site where you will be provided order number on successful payment.
On your shopping Cart, choose "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be taken to the checkout page. Under the payment options, select PayPal and then click on Place Order. You will then go to PayPal where you can log into your paypal account, or create a new one by following the instructions given by PayPal. Once you are logged in you can complete your order payment, you will be redirected back to our site where you will be provided order number on successful payment.
Cash On Delivery
Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is currently only available in the UAE. With the Cash on Delivery option you are required to settle the full amount to the courier representative before receiving the shipment. Please make sure to have the exact invoice amount available as the courier representative does not have access to change.
